Legal
GTAI is a for-profit company registered as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in the State of California. We operate a guitar learning web application that uses on-device computer vision to help users learn and practise guitar chords. GTAI has filed a provisional patent related to its hand-recognition and posture-analysis technology. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use under these Terms.
GTAI offers free and paid subscription tiers (Solo and Pro). Paid plans are billed monthly as selected at checkout. By subscribing you authorise GTAI to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We do not sell your data. We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate GTAI (for example: payments, email delivery, and analytics). See our Privacy Policy for details.
All video and audio processing happens locally in your browser. No camera footage, hand landmarks, or microphone audio is ever transmitted to our servers. Nothing is stored. Nothing is shared.
GTAI uses AI for chord posture feedback and the AI Chat Tutor. When you use chat features, the text you submit may be processed by our servers and AI providers to generate a response. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate — use your own judgment and consult a human instructor for technique guidance.
The app, design, branding, and all content are owned by GTAI LLC. The real-time hand posture analysis method is the subject of a provisional patent application filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Unauthorised reproduction, copying, or reverse-engineering of this technology is prohibited. Your personal practice data belongs to you.
GTAI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any injury, including repetitive strain injuries that may result from guitar practice. Practice at a comfortable pace and take regular breaks.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of GTAI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
